Website Agreement
Terms ofUse.
These terms explain the rules for using the HTT Marketing Agency website and requesting information about our services.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Important
Client projects will be governed by a separate proposal or service agreement. These website terms do not replace the project-specific agreement.
01
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of httmarketing.com and other websites operated by HTT Marketing Agency that link to these terms.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
02
Website purpose
This website provides general information about HTT Marketing Agency, our website-design and marketing services, sample concepts, pricing ranges, care plans, and consultation process.
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not create a client relationship by itself.
03
Proposals and service agreements
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with HTT does not require either party to begin a project.
Website-development or marketing services will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement accepted by HTT and the client.
If these Terms of Use conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls regarding that project.
04
Pricing, payments, and refunds
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices and estimates. The final cost depends on the project scope, number of pages, features, integrations, content, revisions, timing, and third-party expenses.
Deposits, payment schedules, late fees, cancellation terms, refund terms, and other financial conditions will be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, domain registration, premium software, hosting, advertising, stock media, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions, taxes, and transaction fees may be charged separately.
05
Project timelines
Any timeline displayed on the website is an estimate. Project schedules depend on the project scope, client responsiveness, availability of content, approvals, revisions, third-party services, and technical requirements.
Delays in providing content, access, feedback, approvals, or payment may delay completion and launch.
06
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access, timely feedback, and materials needed to complete a project.
By providing text, logos, images, videos, trademarks, customer reviews, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for HTT to use those materials for the project.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, spelling, pricing, legal claims, regulatory disclosures, accessibility requirements, and other business information before launch.
07
Intellectual property
The HTT name, logo, website design, website text, graphics, service descriptions, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to HTT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use this website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Ownership and licensing of client project deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement. HTT may retain ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable systems, internal tools, frameworks, processes, and third-party components.
08
Concepts and portfolio materials
Website concepts displayed on HTT’s website may be sample, experimental, fictional, or demonstration projects. They may not represent completed work for an actual client unless clearly stated.
Any right to display completed client work, business names, logos, or project results will be governed by the applicable service agreement or separate permission.
09
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- • Violate any law or the rights of another person
- • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- • Interfere with website operation or security
- • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information
- • Scrape or harvest information using automated methods

10
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including hosting platforms, form processors, analytics tools, payment providers, scheduling services, social networks, software providers, and other websites.
HTT does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, pricing, policies, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
11
No guarantee of results
HTT does not guarantee any specific amount of website traffic, search-engine ranking, leads, appointments, revenue, customer growth, advertising performance, or other business result.
Results depend on numerous factors outside HTT’s control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, reputation, client operations, customer demand, advertising budget, platform changes, and the client’s implementation of recommendations.
12
Website disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTT disclaims warranties regarding the website’s accuracy, completeness, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website.
Liability relating to paid client services will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
14

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HTT Marketing Agency and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by HTT to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
